As an online research service, we provide our clients and partners with the opinions and attitudes of our members on a statistical and anonymous basis, and never on a personal or individual basis.

As a KNOTs member, you will create your personal ID and Password. These ID and Password are protected by the most advanced security software systems, which ensure that you are the only person who has access to your Membership Profile.



Q4. How will my survey answers be used?

A4. All the information we receive from you will be processed as statistical figures that are combined with other members’ input. All results are then analysed on a group level, and not on a personal level.
The survey results are used by KNOTs, its clients and partners to create new products / services or improve existing ones.
As we mentioned above - we will never provide our members’ opinions and experiences on a personal / individual basis.
