A1. You can change your e-mail address by logging in to the 'MY KNOTs' page (the Members Only section), and then go to the 'PERSONAL DATA UPDATE' submenu.

It is extremely important that you always update us with any change in your household, interests, and computer / Internet usage that you have supplied to us at the moment you became a KNOTs member.
This benefits you since it enables us to invite you to participate in only those surveys that, based on information you have provided to us, might interest you.
