Q1. Which e-mail address should I use to participate in a survey?
A1. We recommend you use your PRIMARY e-mail address. By primary, we mean the address you use and access most often. In this way you will not miss any invitation e-mails to our surveys.

Q2. How will I be notified when I am selected to participate in a survey?
A2. If you are selected to participate in a survey, we will send you an e-mail to invite you to participate in a survey that we think could be interesting to you.
In this e-mail, we will provide you with information about how to access the survey, how long the completion of it will take, how many KNOTs points you can earn with it, and before which day you have to submit it.

Q3. How long does it take to complete a survey?
A3. The length of each survey will vary, but all questionnaires are kept as brief as possible.
Some surveys will take around 10 minutes to complete and others between 15-20 minutes. Obviously, the longer the survey takes to complete, the more points you will get.

Q4. After receiving a survey, how much time do I have to complete it?
A4. We will inform you about the expected response time in the invitation e-mail.
We will usually ask you to complete a survey within 2-5 days.
Some surveys may have shorter response times and for others you have more time, depending on the nature and contents of the survey.

Q5. Who should I contact if I have questions or comments about participating in a survey?
A5. Please send your questions or comments by clicking 'CONTACT US' on any page of our website. Often there is also a ‘Help’ button you can click on while you are completing a survey. We will do our best to answer your question within 1 working day. You can facilitate the process by mentioning in your email your KNOTs ID and the e-mail address with which you have registered at the KNOTs Club.
We value your feedback, as we aim to continuously improve the quality of our surveys and your online survey experience.

Q6. What should I do when I receive an invitation to participate in a survey when I temporarily have no access to the Internet?
A6. Surveys are generally posted for very definite periods, and the term for
responding to a survey varies. You can find the availability of the survey by simply checking the end date as mentioned in the invitation. Being too late for completing a specific questionnaire will have no influence on the participation in future surveys.

Q7. How can I contact KNOTs?
A7. Please click here
to go to the 'CONTACT US' menu
.

Q8. How quickly will KNOTs respond to a message I've sent?
A8. We make every attempt to respond quickly to your inquiries and we are committed to maintaining a high level of service to our members.
On average, we try to respond to the e-mails within one working day.
You can facilitate the process by mentioning in your e-mail your KNOTs ID and the e-mail address with which you have registered yourself at the KNOTs Club.
Often there is also a ‘Help’ button you can click on while you are completing a survey.

Q9. How does my participation influence the results of the survey?
A9. Leading corporations rely heavily on market research before they make important decisions about new and existing products and services.
For example, before bringing a new product to the market, a company will do everything possible to adapt their products or services to consumers' tastes and interests.
Likewise, companies use market research to find out how they can make existing products better.
These are just some of the ways in which your opinions will influence tomorrow's products and services.
