An 'Online Survey' is a questionnaire, which you complete at your convenience once you receive an invitation from the KNOTs administration.

A3. The KNOTs Europe Opinion Club is made up exclusively of web users who agreed to answer questions and to provide their thoughts and experiences on different products and services.

A6. As long as you wish. Naturally we would like you to be a KNOTs Europe Opinion Club member for as long as possible. However, if for any reason you decide to have your details removed from the KNOTs Club, please refer to the 'Unsubscribe' option in the ‘MY KNOTs’ menu of our website.
Q7. Do I have to pay a membership fee to become a KNOTs member?
A7. Absolutely not. There are no membership costs or annual fees for becoming and remaining a KNOTs Europe Opinion Club Member.
