Q1. Do I get incentives for participating in a survey?
A1. Yes. Every time you submit a completed KNOTs
survey you will receive KNOTs points. Click

Nevertheless, sometimes we will invite you to participate in a very small pre-survey, which will take no more than 30 seconds of your time. In this way we check your suitability to participate in the subsequent survey.
In this rare case, only those invited to participate in the full survey will receive points.

Q2. How do I get KNOTs points?
A2. Once we have received your completed survey (on the condition that you answered all the survey questions and hit the submit button at the end of the survey)., your KNOTs points are automatically registered to your account on the "MY KNOTs - Your KNOTs points" page (in the Members Only section). Please allow us 6 to 8 weeks after the closure of the study for the registration of your points.
The number of points will vary for each survey. In the invitation email you will find exactly how many points you will be awarded for your participation.

Q3. What can I do with the points that I earned?
A3. You can redeem your accumulated KNOTs points for gift vouchers at leading department stores all over Europe. For more details of the department stores and available vouchers, please visit the "REWARDING YOU" page of our website.
KNOTs Europe will periodically carry out a redemption campaign and during this period you will be invited to redeem your accumulated points. We will notify you of this campaign period and procedure well in advance both by e-mail and via the MY KNOTs menu (the Members Only section).

Q4. Can I share my KNOTs account with a friend or relative who is also
a member of the KNOTs Club?
A4.Unfortunately, at this moment it is not possible to accumulate the points from different accounts. We are, howeverlooking into this matter and we hope to be able to give you the positive news in the near future.
