Q1. How do I know my member ID and Password?


A1. You will create your unique Member ID and password during the member registration process. After completing the entry questionnaire and registering yourself with the KNOTs Europe Opinion Club, we will send a confirmation notification to your e-mail address, together with your KNOTs membership ID and Password.



Q2. Can I change my password?

A2. Yes. Passwords can be changed directly on the 'CHANGE PASSWORD' page on the 'MY KNOTs' page (after logging in to the Members Only menu). You will need your member ID and current Password to log in at your MY KNOTs, so please have them ready.



Q3. What should I do when I have lost my ID and/or Password?

A3. If you have lost your KNOTs membership ID and/or Password, please go to the 'CONTACT US' - "Forgot ID and/or Password" page, type in your e-mail address and birth date, and click on the Submit button. We will then send you the ID and password by automatic e-mail.
